Prices, booking arrangements & information
Weekly bookings range from £270 to £440 depending on the time of year. Please telephone or email for more details and availability.
Short Breaks are either 3 night or 4 nights, telephone or email for availability.
Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Avocet Rest will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated promptly by 10 am on the day of departure.
We ask for a £100 deposit to be paid at the time of booking by cheque with the balance to be paid in full 2 weeks before your holiday commencement date.
Full refunds on cancellation are available up to 8 weeks before the holiday start date. There after the deposit is non returnable unless we can re let the accommodation
All the above prices include oil and electricity, bed linen and towels, internet access and for visitors staying for a week or more we include a Welcome Hamper comprising of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Marmalade, Bread, Butter and a dozen fresh farm Eggs.
No Smoking.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome when accompanied by 1 adult, as there are only sleeping arrangements for 2 people.
Guide dogs and well behaved pets are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times. (No puppies please).
