Situated in the heart of the South Lincolnshire fens, 3 miles from Boston and 20 miles from Skegness just to the south off the A52, this self catering holiday accommodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. 

The property is an annexe to our bungalow and we benefit from having no near neighbours and we are set back about 40 yards from the road. We are a mile out side the village of Freiston.  The village facilities include 2 pubs, both of which do food, a butchers, a village shop with a post office, this is open 7 days a week, and a church.  There is also a daily bus service into Boston or Skegness.

Avocet Rest is situated within walking distance (less than a mile) of the RSPB reserve of Freiston Shore and the Wash. All the landscape photos shown here are of Freiston Shore. We are also less than 30 minutes drive from the new RSPB reserve of Frampton Marsh and less than 45 minutes drive from Gibraltar Point at Skegness.
